An  array of machine tools perform operations from basic bar stock squaring to complex contouring on computer assisted numerically controlled (CNC) machining centers. Regardless of complexity, every operation is performed with skill and attention to detail.

Quality assurance controls are strategically integrated into all phases of design and manufacturing, whether it be a small component or a large project.

A complement of the newest gauging and inspection devices assure specifications are met. Calibration of all equipment is monitored regularly against accepted industry standards.

To provide the proper environment for close tolerance machining operations, the entire plant is climate controlled. 

This attitude toward quality is applied from the moment raw materials are purchased until the finished product is shipped.

Our Quality Control Department has been designed to meet the Requirements of MIL-I-45208A. This is a strict Quality Assurance System that is consistently updated to meet all new revisions of quality standards. MIL-I-45662 is Incorporated into our Calibration System so all inspection tools are calibrated within their scheduled times. Our Quality Manager is also involved in production and written quality procedures.
